    40ml  Martini Rosso

    10ml  Maraschino Liqueur

    25ml  Bombay Sapphire Gin

    Dash of Angostura bitters

    Garnish with large lemon peel


    Stir all ingredients together and serve in a

    Martini cocktail glass.

    Garnish with ;lemon peel zest



    Martini Royale 

    1 part of Martini Rosato (75ml)

    1 part of Martini Prosecco (75ml)

    Fresh juice from an orange wedge ( few drops) (7ml)


    Pour Martini Rosato into a large wine glass, add ice cubes, then add the Martini Prosecco and stir gently in order to mix
    the ingredients together, add few drops of juice from an orange slice.

    Garnish with an orange wedge into the glass and serve



    Martini Gold by Dolce & Gabbana

    50ml of Martini Gold by Dolce & Gabbana

    50ml of Grey Goose Vodka

    1 dash of orange bitter


    Shake all the ingredients together

    Garnish : large black Italian olive

    45ml Belvedere Black Raspberry

    20ml Gancia Bianco Vermought

    1 Slice Lemon

    4 Leaves Fresh Basil

    30ml Homemade Spice Soda

    Stir, garnish with berries and basil, serve in Cobbler Glass

    5 raspberries

    3 bar spoons white sugar

    3 sticks of lavender

    5cl Belvedere Raspberry Vodka

    1.5cl Lillet Blanc

    Muddle, shake and double strain, garnish with lavender, raspberry and lemon twist, serve in Martini Glass


    Gavin McGowan Madoo's Cocktail

    5cl Belvedere Cytrus

    1.5cl Grand Marnier

    Handful of blueberries

    Handful of pomegranate seeds

    3.5cl Bramley & Cox Apple Juice

    Muddle the fruit in the base of a shaker, add rest of ingredients, shake and double strain.  Garnish with apple and blueberries and serve in Martini Glass.


    Hot Holland Orange-by Jeoffrey Anthony Warmerdam

    50cl Belvedere Vodka

    10cl Orange Bitter Liquor

    10cl cinnamon syrup

    10cl fresh lemon juice

    20cl fresh apple juice

    Shake and serve in Martini Glass.  Garnish with orange skin and cinnamon stick.

    2cl Antica Formula Carpano Vermouth

    2 dashes of Fee Brothers Orange Bitters

    0.5cl honey

    2.5cl egg white

    Dry shake and wet shake, serve in goblet, garnish with orange spiral.


    Summer Chill-by Xiang Xiang Lu

    3.5cl Belvedere Pure

    2.5cl Sloe Gin

    10cl Cranberry Juice

    1.5cl Spiced Citrus Tea

    Hand shake, serve in Martini Glass and garnish with Hibiscus flower in syrup.
